I bought a piece of swordfish yesterday, although I have never been able to cook it in a way that I enjoy if afterwards. I've eaten it many times before at restaurants and loved it... but I just can't cook the darn thing myself.
Any suggestions??
I do not have a GeorgeForeman Grill...or a BBQ, so it must be pan friend, baked or broiled.
Thanks in advance... I'm hungry and it's the only thing I have to cook that is not frozen. I doubt I'll get a fast enough reply to be able to eat it for lunch, but I'll keep my fingers crossed, or eat it dry and nasty again.
Atleast, next time, I'll be able to make it tasty.
