    I made this cake today with flax (since I didn't have almond flour) and I added a tablespoon of coconut to it. Not sure how it tastes yet. I'm bringing it to a birthday party I have to go to. Hopefully, it's good!

        This was realllly good with a little bit of coconut in it. While everyone was eating the cake that just the smell of almost put me into sugar shock, I had my cake and ate it too!

            What a great idea....I always have that craving for a touch of sweet after I eat supper and this would be the perfect solution!!!! Thanks!!!!
