    I remember seeing some awesome looking chicken strips posted by Big Si--he used pork rinds, egg, and pepper as a batter.

    I've made like a fake french toast tasting thing, but I don't know if it's a real recipe or I was being crazy and made it up. I crushed pork rinds, added a tablespoon (or however much, depending on the amount of pork rinds) of cream and mixed together until moist. I added stevia and cinnamon, and put in the microwave for about 30 seconds. It doesn't smell too great (uh yeah 'cause they're pork rinds), but it tastes really sweet and rich!

      Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
      On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
      Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
      Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.
