Hi nenema! This is one that I have been using for awhile...didn't get it out of a book or anything, just started experimenting and liked my creation.

    3 eggs
    2 TBS heavy cream
    1 can tuna (water packed)
    dill
    shredded cheddar cheese
    chopped broccoli
    pepper
(you can add salt, but I dont care for salt)
    basically just season to taste

Just beat your eggs, cream and seasonsing together, add cheese and tuna and fry either scrambled or omlet-style.

I add everything to fitday seperately, so I'm not sure of the total carb count on this, but I have it for either breakfast or lunch at least twice a week.

      Tuna

Well I experimented and I love this:

1 packet of tuna in water
      1-2 tbs mayo

      Mix together, season to taste

add to chopped cucumbers and tomatoe. Add some celery if you like. I cut up string cheese (love it) and add it. Just something different from the lettuce!

        lemon pepper tuna

I bought the pouch tuna that is flavored zesty lemon pepper tuna. I used the recipe on the back of it but i replaced the bread crumbs with crumbled pork rinds. It is good cold but I made like a crab cake and fried in a frying pan with alittle butter and olive oil. I think the recipe was tuna, mayo, red and green bell peppers, pork rinds salt pepper. I also added alittle grated parm cheese to it. It was good!

Does anyone have any other recipes involving frying tuna? I have tons of tuna but get a little bored eating tuna salad all the time. I'd like toi try frying it if I can. Anything I can mix iwth it to fry it that's fairly simple? Or can I just dump it in a frying pan? Shoudl I use butter?
