Christmas Pudding

Does anybody have a recipe for low carb Xmas pudding?..or any ideas how it could be done.

The original pudding recipes involved suet and flour, and either savory or sweet ingredients.

I'd try experimenting with one of the old English steamed pudding recipes with real suet, using a mixed low carb flour substitute (maybe WPI, Atkins bake mix and almond flour) with Splenda and perhaps some Splenda candied black walnuts.
