I have a friend coming over a couple fo days after Thanksgiving. She always EXPECTS to eat dish I make for her which is Grilled Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo w/ Pesto. The day after Thanksgiving is when I restart Atkins. Now, I don't want to let her down, so I was thinking that mabe I could make the crepes recipe I have seen on here and cut them in strips and use them like fettucini noodles. Has anyone ever tried this and does it work? Does anyone have a better idea?
