I'll bet they would be good like that for fajitas... chicken, green pepper, onion, a little tomato... yummy!

I used to bring them to cook outs and use them as hamburger buns. If you can find a "muffin top" pan, the "rolls" baked in it are more uniform and look more like hamburger buns. But that's totally a "looks" type of thing.

They taste the same whether they are cooked in a muffin top pan or free-form.

Also, that batter is pretty useful. For instance, you can make a chicken pot pie with it. Make the pot pie filling. Bake it. Then in the last 15 minutes of cooking, spread the batter on top and allow it to finish baking. You can sprinkle the top with shredded cheese or mix the cheese into it.

You can also make version of a UK dish called "Toad in a Hole". In real toad in a hole, they bake cooked sausages in a flour batter. But you can do a similar thing with that Revolution Roll batter: spread it in a well greased baking dish, put the cooked sausage/veg/cheese on it and bake. The batter will rise up around the meat/veg as it cooks.

Another Induction recipe is for a rhubarb "cobbler". Cook the rhubarb, sweeten it with Splenda, then spread the rhubarb in a baking dish, top with the batter (don't use onion or garlic powder in the batter!!!!), and bake it until it's puffy.
Those ideas are fantastic Megs, thanks for posting them!
That is such the key to success - or one of them - keeping it interesting with new recipes and ways to use all our old favourite recipes in new friendly low carb ways. Thanks. *copying for later use*
