Re: Ways to Cook Chicken?
1 pound pounded boneless chicken breasts cut in quarters
Olive oil
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt/pepper/onion powder/garlic powder
Put olive oil in shallow bowl. In 2nd shallow bowl, put mix of parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and lots of garlic powder. Dip chicken pieces in olive oil(let it run off a bit), then the parm mixture.
Put in glass pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes (turn once in between).
Substitutions:
You can use 1/2 pack of good seasons dry italian mix instead of spices(still add some garlic powder), but it does have stuff added, so this is safer.
You can use melted butter, which tastes a little better, but absorbs more, so more calories.
This is a perfect dish for company since you can make in advance and pop in the oven when ready. My husband likes this so much, he calls it candy chicken.

I'm not that mean besides they are for making eggs not chicken meals unless they get out of line.
