    Re: Fried Zucchini PLEASE!!!

Emma you just tried zucchini for the first time?? It is yummy huh?!?

I just made the dip in egg then in parmasian kind & they were delish!!
    Hubby ♥LOVED♥ them.
I thought they were a bit salty but nobody else thought so.
My only other complaint was that it made my house smell like fried cheese for a day or so. LOL. But it was well worth it, they were yummy!

I wonder how it would be to dip the zucchini in egg and then into very finely crushed pork rinds??? I'm not very adventurous when it comes to cooking, you guys amaze me!

Would be good... though careful of the sodium. You can also dip in egg then parmesan. Slice the zucchini lengthwise (one average zucchini gives around four/five slices). Sorry if I stated the obvious, but you said you weren't very adventurous in cooking.

LOL!!!!!!!! Sally, I can at least get that far, but thanks!!!! I've made a chicken recipe that was coated in parmesan cheese and I thought it was WAY too salty. I couldn't even eat it. Do you use the grated or shredded kind? and can you get it with less salt??

              Oooops!

I grate the parmesan myself... parmigiano reggiano. It isn't too salty, but I certainly don't add any more. Maybe the parmesan we get here in Italy is less salty though.
