    Hot and Sour Soup

    All I care about is the soup portion of it, I don't care about the veggies, or anything else that goes in it because the best part is the soup. I was looking for something that's induction friendly, if not, I'll wait. =)

    Sorry can't help you there but I did get an awesome eggdrop soup recipe from here recently. Someone will be along to help I am sure.

      Chicken broth with vinegar, chili paste, and the additions of your choice: beef, pork, cabbage, mushrooms, tofu. Instead of cornstarch, use beaten egg to thicken.





      290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

        Thanks you guys!!! I found a recipe I could use in one of the lo carb books. wOOt. I think I will just keep out the tofu cause all I really want is the sauce. Tofu can be added on later. Mmmm, delicious.
