I was wondering if anybody knows of an induction friendly recipe for a chuck roast? I'm not really in the mood for just sticking it in a pot, but the only recipes I can find has all sorts of soups or beer or wine etc added. It sounds good, but I'm not willing to cheat. Then I'd rather just eat a piece of dry meat.
BTW, I took my kids to a festival type thing we had here in town to light the Christmas tree, and to see Santa and so forth. They always sell mini doughnuts at these events (and the hot chocolate is always free), so I got some doughnuts for my son. My mouth was watering! Anyway, we got home and I couldn't resist anymore, so I popped one in my mouth. WHile I was chewing I thought, what the heck am I doing???
I ran to the nearest trash can an spat it out! Phew! The little bit I tasted wasn't nearly as good as I remembered anyway. I stayed away from the hot chocolate as well. Whoo Hoo!
