Bleu Cheese, Caesar, and Oil and Vinegar are usually safe bets in most places. You won't be able to get an exact carb count usually, so I would just estimate based on commercially availible brands.

Newmans is PRETTY Good!
Newman's Oil and Vinegar has 1 carb and 1 sugar per serving !! That low carb salad dressing (Carb Option) is expensive to me. I can be very parsimonious. :yesIt's the cracked ones who let the light in...

Ranch is generally ok as well. 1 carb per 2TBSP is pretty standard count for most commercial ranch dressings. I usually go with either blue cheese or ranch.

I know of a great tasting Caesar Salad dressing that you can have at home its KEN"S Steak House Creamy Ceasar dressing. It has a total of 0g carbs and 0g of sugar. It's so yummy for a quick ceaser salad lunch. :icondance
