    salad dressing

what is the best salad dressing to have when you eat out when on the induction? And how do you figure the carb count?

Bleu Cheese, Caesar, and Oil and Vinegar are usually safe bets in most places. You won't be able to get an exact carb count usually, so I would just estimate based on commercially availible brands.

        Newmans is PRETTY Good!

Newman's Oil and Vinegar has 1 carb and 1 sugar per serving !! That low carb salad dressing (Carb Option) is expensive to me. I can be very parsimonious. :yes

Ranch is generally ok as well. 1 carb per 2TBSP is pretty standard count for most commercial ranch dressings. I usually go with either blue cheese or ranch.

I know of a great tasting Caesar Salad dressing that you can have at home its KEN"S Steak House Creamy Ceasar dressing. It has a total of 0g carbs and 0g of sugar. It's so yummy for a quick ceaser salad lunch. :icondance

I've gotten VERY tired of salad dressing...so I've been using La Victoria's green taco sauce instead of salad dressing. It's low carb, and yummy!! :flowerki:
