o.k. this is just my 2 cents worth. I've been eating wings since induction and I never had a problem. That's still one of my favorite foods.
Dark Drake, why don't you call that restaurant and ask them if they have those wings you're asking about. Also, as for your question on the garlic/parmesan wings. I think that should be just fine. Both ingridents are fine in induction. As long as your wings are not covered in any time of flour or breakcumbs.
