So far, three or four individuals have been kind enough to warn me about the evils of the McDs Angus Burger.
Even providing the list of ingredients in the evil seasonings.

When the topic first came up, I walked over to the McDs on the corner by my office and talked to the owner.
So here is the scoop:
The 100% Beef burger, does in fact come from the Angus breed. It is cooked with salt & pepper (you can have it cooked without it but will have to wait 4 or 5 minutes for it to be cooked fresh.)
The seasoning mix, is stored in a shaker and is APPLIED by shaking the shaker over the fully prepared sandwich, just before the addition of the top bun (or in my case the addition of the salad plate lid.)
If the carbs contained in the Angus Burger are NOT to your liking, simply request no seasoning when you order the sandwich.
For me, 1/3 pound of beef, with swiss cheese and grilled mushrooms provides sufficient flavoring to negate the need for the seasonings.
I want to emphasize that McDonalds DOES NOT mix the seasoning in with the burger before they cook it!
They buy their beef in bulk and make there patties in house with only beef as the ingredient before going on the grill.
Enjoy!
