Well the other day I was putting new eggs in the fridge when one broke in the box. I though darn, wasted egg. Then it hit me: my mum used to make me a sweet egg, which is delicious and I ate millions of them when I was young. So here it is, you can't belive how simple and low-carb, but at the same time must say some people may not like the taste of a raw egg, no metter how sweet he he
.
Ingridients: 1 medium egg, 1 tablet splenda
1.Take a raw egg, break and place in a deep plate.
2.Take fork and beat the egg for a few minutes until the mass is smoove. (The longer you beat it the better)
3.About half time through beating, take a tablet of Splenda, crash it between two spoons, and mix it with the egg.
4.Keep beating for another minute
That's it! ready to munch! Eat with small spoon for longer lasting effect
Carbs: 1.6g (Egg : 0.6g, Splenda 1g)
I have no idea who to give credit to for this desert, so hopefully it is my mum
