    Re: Cheese crackers

Well I got this recipe from lindas low carb menus and recipes and she suggested to use Kraft Deluxe Cheese because its not like the other processed cheese and I made it in the microwave and they turned out perfect so I went a step further and put them in my magic bullet and turned them in to cheese powder and added it to my pizza crust but did half pork rinds half cheese powder so it wouldn't have that porky smell to much and it worked out great as well

"Cheese crackers'' are delicious when made with swiss cheese.

I second the swiss cheese option - I find that and colby jack are the best - great for nibbling when you feel like a crunch!

OH MY GOODNESS! You are amazing, and the people who have discovered it before you.

I made CHIPS!! But I wasn't comfortable with the spray in the mirco so I made it as follows:

                Prehead Oven to 400ºF
Square Cheese, cut into quarters (each about the size of a triscut)
Spray the Cookie Sheet with Non-Stick Spray
Place Cheese Quarters onto the cookie sheet, and place into the preheated oven.

Wait approx. 10 minutes, checking on them periodically.
DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN, LOOK THROUGH THE WINDOW

Color: Chocolate Chip Cookie Brown (depending on the cheese)
Consistancy: Dry, Desert Dry (But Not BURNT)

Hope this helps everyone with the description
                - Lauren
