If not than what?? Can someone help me out please!
I have ben in a 6 month stall, not a pound, not an inch lost for 6 months. The reasons I thought it was yeast.
1. spit test is positive
2. I have bad sinus headaches
3. I alternate weekly between severe constipation and diahrea
4. this all started in July, which is our very wet very molding rainy season
5. I have tried EVERYTHING to break this stall. such as lowering calories, raising calories, raising exercise, lowering exercise, raising fats, lowering fats, I swtiched to very low fat high carb for 2 weeks, I went back to a very strict induction, I tried moving to owl. I tried more carbs, I tried less carbs, I tried cutting out all sweeteners. I tried everything! and nothing for 6 months.
so now I have been on the yeast diet for 2 weeks. I take my supplements, I an very strict with what I eat (yeast free) and along with that I am trying to watch calories, and still nothing in this 2 weeks, except for the fact that my constipation has gotten worse!
so, any advice? what could it be?? I was really confident about this yeast thing working but it just is not. So now I am getting fed up, like it is not worth it to continue on!
Maybe I should be satisfied with 197lbs and being a size 14? maybe that is what my body wants to be??
