I recently discovered I have a yeast overgrowth.
I've been looking at various anti-yeast diets (Including KISS, low-carb anti-yeast, and the four Yeast Connection plans) and have found conflicting information. Some say that vinegar is OK, and others say to avoid it. (Vinegar is in mayonnaise.) Some say that butter is OK, and others say to eliminate it.
What are your experiences with this?
