I have been losing weight but have had an infection in a surgery scar that I have just found it is mould/yeast psuedamonas and when I read the chapter in DANDR I had several of the symptoms of candida.
Dr A says to avoid sour cream, all cheese (except mozzarella and cream cheese), mushrooms, fermented products and processed/smoked meats. He doesn't mention that you need to cut heavy cream or butter.
Can someone please clarify? I am very nervous of cutting all this out if it's not necessary to do so. I may start by cutting processed, fermented and cheeses and see what happens.
