Has anyone tried the virgin coconut oil for decreasing blood sugars? It's supposed to have a good effect on bs and weight loss. I'm just beginning use of it, but was just wondering if anyone else has tried!

I have read a lot of articles on Crestor and it's all bad. I've told my doctor several times and even printed them and took them to him to read and he just told me that's it's keeping my cholesterol down. The article I took was about a guy that was taking 80 mg and he said no wonder he's having trouble. That's too much for anyone to take. I'm taking 20 mg. I read the ADA articles. The last one I read said they were trying to get it off the market. Since I read that article, I only take half a pill and then skip every other day.

I would ask to switch although they all have side effects, how about co enzyme 10, do you use it with the statin to stop loss of heart muscle???
