    exercises is exercise,you know what I mean.Just the fact that we are even moving is good enough to prevent us from being too sedentary.Anyways there's always tomorow.A photo session sounds like a good idea.Maybe I could ask my friend to take lots of pictures of me and I can play dress-up.That would be great.

      hello everyone,hope everyone's doing well this hot and sunny summer afternoon

      Today(day Eight)

      Treadmill
      20 minutes

      Elliptical
      10minutes(the elliptical kicked my ***)

      Lower body strength traning
      20-30min

      P.S. I'm only 7 more days away from my first goal of working out every day for fifteen days.Yay!!

        Hi, Lots2Lose! I’m glad you liked a photo session idea. I hope you’ll have a great time!
        Who do you think from celebrities has the most beautiful body in the world? Yesterday I was reading thread about Jessica Simpson and found out so many new things about her. It’s a shame almost all celebrities use plastic surgery to achieve perfection.
        Anyway, this is my today’s routine:
        Exercises:
        45 min walking
        30 min aerobics
        Menu:
        B: 2 fried (butter) eggs with 2 slices of bacon and ½ green pepper
        L: 1 cup of chicken bouillon; Canned tuna and an egg mixed with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 3 slices of cucumber
        D: Cauliflower and broccoli cheese (4 oz)
        Fat 68%, Protein 29%, Carb 3%
        Calories 1085, Net Carb 9g

        1 Mini goal – 130.8 by New Year

          hello everybody.../Here I am again.Checking in on day 9!!!

          Today(day-9)

          Treadmill
          Week 1 day 2
          couch-5k
          30minutes

          Eliptical
          10minutes(still kicking my as lol)

          Upper body strength training
          20minutes

          stomach
          lol
          probably less than a minute..lol

          P.S.S Jurgita I really can't tell you who I think has the nicest body.So many celebrities do.Halle Berry,Jessica Simpson,Lindsey Lohan(before she lost weight)etc. etc. are a few

            I couldn't avoid that nifty gadget we call a SCALE at the gym today.I needed the motivation so I stepped on it and......12pounds gone forever...I know I don't sound that excited but I am,just not as excited as I'll be when I jump on it again in the future and it says 199.But I'm proud of myself though.I'm really persevering.Anyhoo, here we go:

            Today(day 10)

            Treadmill
            25minutes

            Bike
            10minutes

            Elliptical
            15minutes

            Lower Body Workout

                I had the worst nightmare last night.In it I was eating all these things that I wasn't supposed to eat and I was feeling completly out of control...glad it was only a dream even though it felt really real.

                Today(day 11)

                Grrr.I wasn't home so couldn't get to the gym in time(it closed at 2p.m got back at 3 something).I'm not sweating it though cause I danced my *** off at a party last night and it's gonna be the same deal today.
                Monday I start weight traning with a personal trainer.Twice a week for three weeks.an hour to an hour and a half.I'm really excited.

                  I’m glad it was nightmare only and it is over now, Freda. The most important thing – you are still following Atkins diet and very determined to achieve the goal.

                  Unfortunately I’m not able to clean my shelves from not acceptable food and every time I cook I face ingredients I’m not supposed to eat. But I’m doing very well. Although I don’t think about food at weekdays I usually feel hungry all the time on weekends.

                    Jurgita,stay strong,you don't have very much to lose,you can do it.Ya I was hungry the majority of this weekend because I wasn't home and there wasn't food around that I could eat.But this morning I made myself a delicious omelet(sp?) filled with onions,broccoli,and extra sharp cheddar cheese,and bacon.It was so yummy.For lunch I'll probably just have a snack because I'm still very full.I plan on making mock mashed "potatoes"(cauliflowe)for dinner tonight.Trying to stay away from meat.It turns my stomach just to think about it.Today is a take it slow day I'm just gonna clean my room,do some situps,pushups,jumping jacks,and just keep busy overall.

                      An hour weightlifting with my personal trainer then 20minutes on the elliptical.

                        I guess technically I'm done with this journal(I will still be posting my daily stats in STAC).It was for me to get through induction,and I'm done with induction and moving on to extended induction.I have learned the habits that I needed to lear,i.e working out daily,and eating right.Before I was afraid that if I didn't go workout every single day then I would lose motivation but I haven't,so I'm cutting down to 3times a week for an hour to an hour and a half per session.This journal helped me a lot throughout induction.Thank you,journal

                          Hi, Freda! You have such a cute face! When have these pictures been taken – before induction or during? It would be nice to watch your progress.

                          I suppose I should attach my photo as well.

                          How is your personal trainer? Is he/she very strict? Do you feel exhausted after such a long session?

                          Today I’ve done 10 min jogging, an hour walking and 30 min dancing. I decided to have a cauliflower and broccoli cheese for dinner as well.

                            Hey Jurgita,thanx for the compliment.My personal trainer's pretty tough on me but I like that.I'm still recovering from being really really sore.He says by the end of August I'll have a nice defintion to my arms,which I'm looking forward to.I took those pictures before I started induction.I figured since I started induction on the 20th,I'll take another one on August 20th and post it.I wanna take a during picture every month till I reach goal.You should post you picture as well

                              I’ve lost a pound only since I restarted inductionL. But it is better than nothing, right?
                              Did you reward yourself after first 15 days?
                              I’ve tried to post my picture so many times, but every time I saw a red cross instead of it. Would you be so kind to explain me how to do it?
