    Hei Ben - I don't have the time either. My 2-hours bike rides has only been to work and back (I work out of the city these days). And it actually takes me almost as long to go by bus, because I have to use 2 buses to get there. And no, I don't have car right now.

      I'm chiming in with another 45 minutes.

      It's cheesy, lol, so don't laugh! I got to do WATP with one of my guys here at work And I got in another 15ish in yoga/stretching.

      But it's 45 minutes. And I'm claimin' 'em. LOL


      703+45= 748 minutes and still counting!

      I'd be in for counting them up between now and Halloween!

                1 hour bodysurf (b4 breakfast), 45 minute bike
                Sunday:
                1 hour 40 minute surf

                Total:
                21 hr 40 minutes

                Well, I thought I put in a post on Friday, but I must have not hit save 'cause I don't see it. Anyway weighed in and I've lost exactly 1.5 lbs and 1% bodyfat. I'm at:
                163 16%

                ...which is to be expected. I did great the first week, but I haven't rode my bike in to work once in the past 2 weeks. Afternoon cardio is fine, but it's really the cardio you do first thing in the morning before breakfast that motors through fat. So. I leave on Friday afternoon for Labor Day weekend. I have (as of Friday 8.26.05) exactly ONE WEEK left. So my goal between now and then is to get at least 1 hour of cardio every day before breakfast. If I do that, I think I can drop 3 pounds and 2% bodyfat in one week. Game on!

                  My exercise for sunday was running around with 8 boys for 4 hours (celebrating son's birthday, organizing games, putting foods on/off table etc).Of course, I can't count it as cardio, but I just HAVE to mention how tired I was by the time they left

                  Totals still 605 minutes.

                    Wanted to get in as much as I could before heading back to school because I know the first few weeks back are rough.

                        I didn't do anything on tuesday as I went blood donating in the morning and felt a bit weak later - so I better didn't exercise, just to be safe.

                                SICK! Mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn, what a bummer! After my big long surf on Sunday I got sick as a dog. I missed 2 days of work. Man that sucks. Well here's what I managed the last 2 days:

                                30 minute bike
                                30 minute run


                                Total:
                                22 hr 40 minutes

                                We'll definitely start a Halloween one, because I've got a LONG way to go. Maybe these out of sight gas prices will motivate me to bike to work more.
