Thursday 1 hour 10 minute bike ride
1 hour 5 minute bike ride
Friday 1 hour 10 minute bike ride
Saturday Nada!
Sunda 40 minute bike
Monday 1 hour 10 minute bike ride - to work
1 hour 5 minute bike ride - back home
40 minute bike - 20 to the gym and 20 back
Tuesday 1 hour 10 minute bike ride
1 hour 5 minute bike ride
Total: 25 hours
Wooo-Hooo! This purposely leaving the car at work and stranding myself at home thing is working out brilliantly! I HAVE to bike in. And every day I do that is approximately 2 hrs and 15 minutes of cardio. Love it. And I KNOW I wouldn't do it any other way. I'd make excuses and sleep in. Whatever it takes right??

I am shooting myself in the foot with my inconsitancy. 4 days of working out, then 3 days of no working out, tons of carbs, tons of beer.
Totally blew it in Vegas. Oh well. Back in the saddle.
