Inconsistency is still my worst enemy! Oh well, I'm trying. Had another Vegas trip over that Friday-Monday no exercise period. But that's the last one for a while. I've got to get in the habit of exercising even on vaca.
Glad you're back...I know what busy is like...between work (Speech-Language Pathologist in a school) and home (have an 8 year old involved in a sport for every season, right now it's wrestling and basketball)...it's tough some of the time.
Even though you've been busy, you're still doing a lot of exercise. Kicking my butt this time!
