      My goal is 600 Minutes for January.
      Male, 51 years old
      Start Date 12/30/2005
      250/189/190
      Original goal: Lose 30 lbs by Mar. 1st, 2006. I made it!!!

      Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.

          so how did everybody do for DEC?

          I got 123 extra min in some how i think I will up my commitment for Jan and do 45 cardio min instead of 30 on those days.

          so I get 1365 min for Jan


          I forgot to ask should we count the warm up and cool down min too in out totals?

            36 kms for December. (I do 2kms per day - started at 30 mins but have it down to 21 mins now!) If I average it at 25 mins this comes out to 450 mins.
            I have time restrictions so it will be staying at 2kms per workout - I am trying to get the time down to 20 mins.

                              2Big-You did great on meeting your treadmill goals.

                              I fell really short of my goal in December but it's a new year I am motivated to do better this month. 51 minutes completed today.
