      Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

      Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
      Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

      so:
      Restart Progress:
      12/28/09 ~ 235.1
      01/04/10 ~ 229.0
      01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
      (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
      01/18/10 ~ 227.4
      01/5/10 ~ 226.8
      02/01/10 ~ 222.6

        Welcome to both of you.

        heck it is NEVER too late in any ADBB challenge. we had somebody sign up on the last day of Dec for Dec's min just so shecouldn't sit on her couch and wait for Jan.

            Did 45 minutes on the treadmill today, so 75 minutes out of 600 done. 525 minutes left to go!

                    Wanna, I don't know how you do incline 12!!! Good for you!! I'm new, but I only do it at around 5 or 6 myself. You're an inspiration!

                      woo hoo wannabe. She has been practicing many many months. you will be surprised how fast your fitness level will pick up and you will either have to up the speed or the inclinwe just to maintain your heartrate at the same amount.

                        I did another 45 minutes today. Average 3.5 mph at incline 6. Only 480 minutes left to go for the month of January. Hmmm...maybe I should have challenged myself to more minutes??

                                I've completed 3, consecutive 45-min sessions each morning before work this week (3-day workweek as a teacher returning from holiday break). Updating my minute counter.
