        Another 60 minutes/4 miles done for me today
        Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

        Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

        Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
        Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

        so:
        Restart Progress:
        12/28/09 ~ 235.1
        01/04/10 ~ 229.0
        01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
        (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
        01/18/10 ~ 227.4
        01/5/10 ~ 226.8
        02/01/10 ~ 222.6

              ok,here is a dumb question (to some) i walk 6mph without holding on the support how much posiibilty i have to fall off and break my teeth???

              no i meant to ask do we get a better workout without hoding?

                          Original goal: Lose 30 lbs by Mar. 1st, 2006. I made it!!!

                          Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.

                            yes when you don't hold on your heart rate will be higher cause all your body weight is on your legs. try it and see.

                                Somehow managed 60 minutes -4.30 miles today... I was really dragging this morning, but now that it's over I'm SOOO glad I made my bootie hop on the treadmill!!!
