        Catch up time: 1/4/06 40 minutes on the treadmill.......1/5/06 30 minutes on the treadmill.......1/6/06.....40 minutes on the treadmill. After the treadmill, I didn't stretch properly and did legs that night. I've injured the Patella in my left knee and I'm using crutches. The good news....my orthopedic doctor hopes that I'll be able to begin walking the treadmill sometime next week 1/16/06. I certainly hope so. It's a real downer to be out of work on the couch.

                I'm in for January! My goal is 300 starting earlier this month. So far, I've walked 145. Good job everybody!
