I'm setting my goal for 540 minutes for January. I expect to do more, but I'm trying not to intimidate myself! LOL! I already started getting used to my treadmill this past week and my weight has already come down six of those bloated pounds! Yippee!
Thanks for the warm welcome 2Big and Boxermom. Looking forward to this challenge and beginning an exercise routine. Well, it's official. I'm committing to 600 minutes in January. Wish me luck!

goback up to the very first post in this topic and follow her Toni's instructions don't use the pop up box you copy that whole code box and paste it in your siggy. then take out all the * and save siggy.
