    Got my 60 minutes in this morning. 420 out of 600 minutes completed.
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

      good for you guys I'm glad today is an off day cause I'm sick I got exposed to the new East Tn flu which wasn't in the flu shot and wham last night it hit.

                  30 minutes today
                  Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                  Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                  Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                  Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                  so:
                  Restart Progress:
                  12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                  01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                  01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                  (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
                  01/18/10 ~ 227.4
                  01/5/10 ~ 226.8
                  02/01/10 ~ 222.6

                  • I did 50 minutes tonight. I've got to make up some time if I'm going to make my goal. I caught a cold and was sicker than I've been in years. Thank goodness I feel much better today!
