      Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

      Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

      Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
      Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

      so:
      Restart Progress:
      12/28/09 ~ 235.1
      01/04/10 ~ 229.0
      01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
      (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
      01/18/10 ~ 227.4
      01/5/10 ~ 226.8
      02/01/10 ~ 222.6

            Original goal: Lose 30 lbs by Mar. 1st, 2006. I made it!!!

            Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.

                        60 min HIIT today and I had an incline increase for the recovery phase rto stay up in fatburrning range UGH I'm sure my legs will tell me about it tomorrow.
