      Just wondering... just what is a "Treadmill Teckie Challenge"? Are we going to challenge teckie's to a treadmill runoff?

      Original goal: Lose 30 lbs by Mar. 1st, 2006. I made it!!!

      Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.

        Thank you for the code to the treadmill trekkie challenge guy. I would have never figured that out, especially removing the *.

        Can you help me? I can't get any ticker that tracks my weight loss to work for me. I copy the code to the avatar and everytime it comes up error when I try to view it. Is there a thread I can read up on to figure this stuff out? Thank you very much for your assistance.

        I'm so glad to have found ADBB. You all seem like really wonderful people.

                oh Rick didn't you learn yet Im ADBBs worst speller and they even published a study here that said normal brained folk can read bad spelling stuff correct so the spelling police woud leave me alone.

                Okay anybody not here yet from Jan? I've got Pms out to many and it would help if some of you better spellers went looking for missing treadmilltreckies too.

                      I'm a little late but I will do a minimum of 1000 minutes this month.
                      127 minutes done as of the 1st and 2nd... Will be another 60 today.
                      Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                      Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                      Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                      Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                      so:
                      Restart Progress:
                      12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                      01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                      01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                      (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
                      01/18/10 ~ 227.4
