I did 45 minutes last night and 30 minutes tonight. I'm starting to enjoy this. I pick a good one-hour TV show and get going. I'm picking up the speed a bit, too. This challenge has been so good for me!

Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol
