Okay, about the muscle rebuilding I think your right....So I took a gander around the net and it says you should do it everyother day....so your muscles have time to rebuild..
But then I seen some programs thats had them doing them everyday with to rebuild days on the weekend or such.
I do them everyday pritnear anyways...and although I can't see results I feel them...lolol
We will see what everyones opinion on it is.
If it is of concern I will move from 6 - 4 times a week

I've been told by a few weight trainers over the years when I would go to the gym in the past, that ab muscles are ones that you can workout on a daily basis and they are not like the other muscles which you are required to take a break every other day..
Anyone know where we can get a blinkie for the situps challenge? I could ask my techie hubby if he can design one...but he probably can't do it till closer to the weekend...
Analog, yes sure! Anything that targets the tummy /ab muscles!
I'm thinking if we post for the month how many we would like to do (sit ups ,etc) per day or out of how many days in the week.
What do you guys think about that? I've never started a challenge before, so......I'm a bit rusty LOL

Crunches on the exercise ball are FABULOUS for the abs! Just be sure when you are on the ball, that its under your waist ... oh man, 100 of those a day will take you where you never thought possible!!

It starts Monday, Febuary 6th, and that gives us 23 days of this month left, so for February, this is what I have you down for.
If you have a ?, that just means I haven't seen you pledge a number so far! Because of the time difference of us being all over the world, I'm going to go start the reporting thread, so we can just keep track of joining in here and have a separate place to track the situps. Please note what day it's for when you post... remember, we don't all live in the same time zone! I'm guessing maybe rich did his for Monday already? Please go post in the new thread when you start on monday.

okat so I take all 3 kinds done on lifting days and multiply by lifting days left for my commitment number 3600. I will skip the ball ones cause that is my free exercise
