Hi all....I hope you all had a great weekend! I can tell by catching up on your posts that everyone worked really hard this weekend on meeting their goals! COngrats!!!!! I myself have stayed true and put in a great performance this weekend! I really hit the gym and even got some sit ups in and I feel great! I am pretty proud to say that since friday night through Sunday I did 140 sit ups!!! That puts me at 170/575 for the challenge. Thanks to you all for your support and keep up the great work!
P.S. With out this challenge I doubt I would even have 10% of my numbers so thanks again to you all for being such an inspiration!!!!!!!

Ok, a little birdie just told me that crunches count too...so I've added a separate goal in my siggy for crunches, to be met by the end of this month. 45 crunches done so far, and 30 sit ups.
