    in a good way though!

    i hook my feet right under my stationary bike. it fits really good without curling my toes of anything.

      2 x 20 situps on ball. I have decided to aim for 10 x 20 by the end of the month. I'm going to bring my fitball to work, then I can do some here as well as the gym.

                              ab day off for me.
                              Wannabe ask your trainer about the roman chair if you don't have a back issue for those leg lits working your abs. Hanging by your forearms doing them is a lot harder workout for the same muscles.

                                Yeah, those would be a lot tougher. The ones I'm doing are already tough enough thank you very much.
