I am in...I have not done a sit up in a really long time, so I need to start! I shall try to do 575 sit-ups by the end of Feb. This shall be hard for me because i tried to do one a month ago and failed. So wish me luck! I shall keep you all posted on my progress!!!

Count even the ones that you don't complete, if you're just starting out, every attempt you make brings you closer to being able to do them all! Just make sure you give it 575 attempts at a good one, and they count, and you never know, maybe you'll be able to do them when you're done! Gotta start somewhere, and I'm proud of you!

Definitely, slooooow and easy is the way to start. Don't forget the breathing part, it's REAAALLY important.

Will be rooting for you! Just remember to not strain yourself too much. Even an attempt counts. Try putting your toes under the edge of a couch.. or something that won't move and take it slow!
o as many as you can in arow and then recover and do some more until you can't recover and do another set. you will be amazed how fast your abs will increase their tolerance andstamina just like your miles andspeed on your treadmill did.
