I think my total is wrong because I haven't done 5 any specific day. Maybe I put it down wrong - I don't know. All I know is I've done 30 x 3 making my total 90 out of 540 so far. (all this week). Carol

like i said i will do 6 of 7 days of the week. so if i do 5 of 7 then I get a slug means I didnt meet my goal basicly

The 6WEC exercise challenge keeps a chart, because they are to report in every day. If they take a slug day, on the chart there is a slug picture for that day for that person. It means they should have done something and they didn't. We're not using them, because it's a goal for the month and not required to report every day.
oh good i was wondering that!! he he, so if i slack I can do some overtime ha ha ha!!! I wont slack:P But it is nice to know lol. i cant wait to like the new me. I already like the new me!!! I almost fell off the scale this morning i had one of those whooshy things or whatever they call it. lol.
