well its these darn youngens that are new to it adding more and more and I was just doing my old amount so they inspired me to add more 25 to each set and when that 25 gets to not be any trouble I will add more.

I had a stiff neck yesterday morning and then slipped on the ice and hit the back of my head on concrete. Although I was able to complete my weight lifting routine yesterday afternoon, today I can't lift my head off the floor to do a situp. I may have to take it easy for a couple of days. Darn!
OUCHIES! Just rest that head and do em when your heads not all banged up! I'm glad you could still do your lifting, hope it gets better real soon.
