    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      I did another 100 this afternoon, so I'm 1065/840!!

      Maybe I set my bar a little low...
      No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

                Did a few at lunch! Now I am at 287/575 over halfway to what I thought was an unattanable goal! I am going to really crank it out and make it! you all are doing so good! I shall join the next months challenge as well!!!!

                      I am REALLY proud of you! Really REALLY proud, like a mama! I just did mine for today.. that's 900/1200. It's killing me, the weight lifting is finally starting to kick in and the burn is incredible because of the lower body workout I did yesterday, they all hurt! LOL

                          Sarah has put me on a weight lifting program with my home gym and hand weights. This is getting to the end of week 2, and I'm beginning to feel it, the pain, oh the pain! I thought this was a cute cartoon.

                              Okay, I know this is a bit off topic, but here's my schedule she helped me with. I'm trying to learn some basics to weight lifting so in 6 weeks or so I'll be ready for a real routine, with even more pain!
