        LOL! I would try this challenge out, but *ahem* I can only do one regular push up as it is!!! You want me to put my legs on a ball, not pop it, balance myself, AND do a push up? You guys are nuts! LOL

        I'm just kiddin with you guys. If I could do more than one regular push up, I would definately be in!! LOL

                  hey, j, if one is what you can do then i challenge you to do 30 of them in march! if you got the ball and a soft floor (for when you fall off ) then you can do this. one a day....how's that?

                            I have to agree, if you can't do any, you shouldn't worry about how few you start with. EVERYONE is welcome, no matter what their goal. If you do one a day, sometimes you might be able to do two!
