oh boy, me too me too I love doing ball pushups, but I don't have any siggy room for an icon can we have a ball situps clickable code line instead for siggy full folk?

I've just got a ball (are they purple all over the world?) and have had a go a few times.
I found the pushups hard to do so will commit for a total of a minimum of 150 in March.

hey lifting 170 pound me is easier then 230 pound barbells
okay I will add them as a new on HIIT days exercise and say 50 a day for 650 for the month Are we all starting on knee and floor? or if we can do feet and floor do it from there?

2big, as long as you are using the ball , i don't care where you place yourself. some are only going to be able to do tummy area, some at knees. everyone should do these these where they feel somewhat comfortable without breaking their necks.

oh my gosh- i just know that i will hit the floor with my face several times. i am going to TRY but my number has got to be low because i am not sure if i can even do ONE- but i'm going for it. i am going to say 100 ball push ups...
