Good morning all! I have completed as of this morning 60 crunches and 40 reverse sit ups for the lower abs. I can not do full sit ups at this point but I use an ab roller to do the crunches. Hope that is satisfactory!

I will stay on my diet. I will get healthy and lose weight. There is nothing I could eat or drink that tastes as good as how I feel at this moment on this WOE ~ nothing!

March 1st; first day of the challenge and I was a...slug! Had a really early start (up at four forty five) and had to skip exercise. Oh well... tomorrow is another day.
