    I can not wait. I was looking at what is left of my stomache yesterday and I am ready to say goodbye to more of it after this new month!!!

        EXactly JAZ!!!!!! That is the goal lokking better and feeling better!!!!!! So you are going to do 50 a day again? Has it gotten easier? Do you do them all at one time or do you break them up???

          I pledge to do 60 full sit ups per day, and maybe a few different things as well.

          Will this be like the 6 weeks challenge where we have a different thread to post on each day, or will it all be reported on this one? I'm still new here and don't have much time to surf around at the moment. Any tips are much appreciated.

          These challenges are awesome as far as keeping track and being motivated goes. I don't think i'd have gone to the gym as many times as I have without the 6 weeks challenge to answer to every day!

              This is the thread where we'll report it all! I have you down for 60 a day bluerain, or 1860 total for march!

              lost - I do as many as I can in one set, wait 30-60 seconds and finish. I can now to about 35 straight and then the last 15 after a very short break.

                Today....march 1. I did the first 70 crunches.....(I vary a lot, I do some full sit-ups, mostly crunches and a few leg lifts.....I get bored easily, can you tell?)

                        GOODMORNING!!!! hehe I havent done any yet..I need sleep but I feel left out of the love here he he he he.
                        And I enjoy wasting space.
                        Hey everyone may know this but Ill say it anyways apparently if u suck ur tummy in hold an then let it go this works ur lower abs. So when ur bored....try this....i donno if it works I read it in a few spots. ive been doing it all day an my tummy hurts..lol

                          Put me down for 350 again Jas. I've been working on doing full sit-ups as opposed to crunches so I can't do as many. I also use the ab machine at the gym with a 60 lb weight. I'm hoping to be at 70 lbs by the end of the month. So that's why I picked 350. Thanks.
