      100 just now. 300/2000.

      I like doing crunches while everyone's still asleep. Make me feel like Superwoman.
      No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

            I did my 40 out of 80 yesterday. I think I have some make up work to do.

            They are a little tougher than I thought!
            149.8/no weigh/ 119



            1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
            what the rungs mean to me:
            rung 1 - more veggies
            rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
            rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
            rung 4 - berries, melon
            rung 5 - wine -
            rung 6 - beans, hummus
            rung 7 - other fruits
            rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
            rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
            Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
            (on to pre-maintenance)

              My goal is going to be 2500 sit-ups for the month of March. That is slightly over 80 per day!
              I have 40 so far.

                      I wanna do the challenge!!! im able to do a 100 a day. Bare minimum for B-ball. So how Many should be my goal for the month?

                              Another 100 down! 60 crunches and 40 reverse sit ups this morning. Woo Hoo!
                              I will stay on my diet. I will get healthy and lose weight. There is nothing I could eat or drink that tastes as good as how I feel at this moment on this WOE ~ nothing!
