WOW you guys are doing like 30+. Alright, tonight I'm going to make a goal to do at least 30. I'm way behind anyway, I could use the extra kick. Way to go!

I tried the power 90 7-7-7 on the ball and forgot to move to knees to test out the new arm positions OUCH balancing was very much effected by moving hands out wide and in tight.

I can do more than I thought I could
tonight I did 60 push ups on my stability ball, of course they were with my lower thighs and knees on the ball but it was still hard. I did 3 sets of 20 with a 2 minute rest in between. I am at 60/45 so I guess I can up what I thought I could do for the month. I will now shoot for 60 per day so I am changing my commitment to 540 for March.
