i am just making a post of what i see reported in this thread. be aware, some of the totals in your siggy's are not what i have. i am going to be without the computer in a couple days and will be out of pocket for probably a week. it would be good if you all just kept up with your own numbers.

back is better today, thanks to doans backache pills and 64 oz of cranberry juice. i know, high in carbs, i did buy the low carb stuff but still...... i was beginning to think i had more than just a hurting back, maybe an infection and kidneys acting up. A REMINDER TO ALL TO DRINK YOUR WATER!!!, hence the juice. weight has been weird anyway so i had nothing to lose. that being said, i still am not doing any scheduled exercise for a bit. box moving yes, pushups and crunches, no.
