I agree with the push ups getting harder. My arms feel like limp spaghetti noodles but they are firming up which makes everything better.
I tried the ball at my feet and it flew out from under from me. I carry all my weight in the hips and it makes the knee/pelvis push ups so much easier. I have a ring that you can put under the ball to stabalize it but have never tried that. Does anyone think that what change the effectiveness of the push ups?

stabilizing your ball will effect the other muscles used while you are doint the push up just as sitting on a stabilized ball doesn't give you the workout sitting on arollypolly ball does but it will not effect your upper body push up strenghtening muscles.

i only did 5 today at work all my i bought 3 of my friends balls and they are starting to workout with it too!!!! They are seeing my results and wanna play
