                  i'm excited too. this is my first challenge. i have done a few "practice" push ups and i think this will really be a push for me. i am excited to see how i progress... oh course my ball is up around my boobs- but you gotta start some where...

                  lets your boobs hang free
                  let em hang down to your knees
                  you can tie em in a knot while your swingin from the trees
                  you can hang em out your window and see then flopping in the breeze
                  let you boobs hang free.....

                    My ball was at my thighs....but this was only the first time for me trying this, and I did 10......they were tough and my arms were shaking, but 10/200....
                    When my arms were shaking, I kept thinking; thank god I'm doing this, my arms are so flabby.....when they are wiggling it really shows....LOL
                    (I don't know about you, but here in Denmark today is march 1.)

                      I've had my stability ball since Jan '05 and never used it until two days ago. I love using it for pushups because it really supports my lower back where I need it.

                            Okay I did 10 ball push ups this morning with the ball at my thighs. My arms were shaking at 4 but I kept going. This is going to be great... WHEW

                              i know what you mean. i did one last night with the ball at my knees and my arms were shaking badly. i'll be backing that ball up just a bit!
