    I'm in for 325 minutes for march, that's 20 minutes for each cardio day I have in my workout plan! I'm going to try to beat that and up my minutes this time around though! Do you hang people out to dry for going over their goal? I sure do hope not!

              Alright, I am in for 550 minutes this month 50 already completed, and I really want to make my goal this time! My secret goal is to make sure I get on at least 6 times a week, but I don't know how well I'm going to do.
